At Bromley College, we reconstructed 12,000m2 of car parks and roadways, and constructed 5000m2 of new car park. We installed new footways, removed structural walls and reset levels to extend the total car park area. We also installed a new street lighting system, upgraded and installed the drainage system to the car parks, created 2500m2 of grass crete shingle parking, installed new line marking to all of the existing car parks, new car parks and roadways, and installed new gates and refurbished the old gates. We finished by landscaping the surrounding verges and banks. Works were completed over 7 weeks summer break, with works made safe for a back to college class registration day at 5 weeks. All works were completed on time and in budget by Henderson & Taylor in house.
