Network Rail, C2C, and Thurrock Borough Council called in Lynch Limited to update their car park and install a temporary ticket office whilst the main station building is being demolished and rebuilt.- Date

St Albans Council required a new car park surfaced at short notice. We attended site, undertook a level survey to establish the drainage requirements, calculated the total tonnage required to resurface, and then surfaced and line marked the car park. This is one of many surfacing schemes that Lynch Limited have undertaken for St Albans Council.- Date

At London City Airport, running alongside the River Thames, we reconstructed the footway leading from the Terminal to the Long Stay Car Park. The walkway was over an existing structure which required careful management and continuous monitoring.- Date

At Bromley College, we reconstructed 12,000m2 of car parks and roadways, and constructed 5000m2 of new car park. We installed new footways, removed structural walls and reset levels to extend the total car park area.- Date

The 8000m2 commuter car park in Benfleet (School Lane Car Park) was resurfaced by planing out 50mm and resurfacing with 50mm of Stone Mastic Asphalt which was then re line marked. Works were completed between between 8pm on Friday night and handed back at 5pm on Sunday night.
