Lynch Limited was appointed by the Healthcare Partnership to undertake removal of Japanese knotweed in Swansea. The works were required to prepare the site for the development of a new medical centre.- Date

When Japanese knotweed was identified on a site proposed for the new Metro West Rail project linking Portishead to Bristol, Lynch Limited FM Ltd were called in to remove the problem. The site survey revealed multiple mature stands of Japanese knotweed both onsite and on an adjacent Wessex Water Sewage Pumping Station.- Date

On behalf of Maidstone Borough Council, Lynch Limited undertook the regeneration of Maidstone Town Centre. The project required installation of a new drainage scheme, as well as new block paving to the whole area, creating an upscaled aesthetic for Maidstone.- Date

A large area of footways in Long Brandocks, Writtle, needed resurfacing, so Essex Highways contracted Lynch Limited to perform the work. The job required that each section of footway be dug up, levelled and resurfaced, as well as managing the cabling underneath and replacing the kerbing.- Date

St Albans Council required a new car park surfaced at short notice. We attended site, undertook a level survey to establish the drainage requirements, calculated the total tonnage required to resurface, and then surfaced and line marked the car park. This is one of many surfacing schemes that Lynch Limited have undertaken for St Albans Council.- Date

At London City Airport, running alongside the River Thames, we reconstructed the footway leading from the Terminal to the Long Stay Car Park. The walkway was over an existing structure which required careful management and continuous monitoring.- Date

New footpaths were required on Kitkatts Road, Canvey Island, so Lynch Limited were called in by Ringway Jacobs to complete the job. The old surface was removed and the gorund prepared before a new surface was laid along the whole stretch. The job took 3 weeks and was completed between 6/01/2020 and 25/01/2020.- Date

Japanese knotweed was identified across multiple locations at the Former Standish hospital site located on the outskirts of Stonehouse Village. As part of the proposed sale of the HCA owned land to enable residential development, the knotweed was required to be removed in order to approve planning consent.- Date

A large sinkhoke was discovered in the grounds of Darent Valley Hospital, so Lynch Limited were called in to excavate and re-fill the hole, ensuring that the ground would be stable for future use and another sinkhole would not develop. The job took 2 weeks running until 13th January 2020- Date

At Bromley College, we reconstructed 12,000m2 of car parks and roadways, and constructed 5000m2 of new car park. We installed new footways, removed structural walls and reset levels to extend the total car park area.
